Yes, I've moved!
After years in the big big big drafty cold hot decrepit office in Dobbs Ferry, I've picked up and moved uptown (two train stops) to a much nicer, much smaller place in Irvington. Here are some photos.
The address is 3 West Main Street, #103, Irvington, NY 10533. We are literally 300 feet from the train station, but you'll be delighted to know that you can't hear the train from inside my office.
The office is smaller, so there's only room for a dozen or so at a time.
If you want to stay in a nearby hotel, past attendees recommend

which is only five minutes away.
My office is difficult to find on a map, so here's how to drive there:
Get to Route 9. This is the north south road that goes from the George Washington Bridge to the Tappan Zee Bridge. It's pretty easy to find on any mapping program.
Turn WEST on Main Street, the main drag, in Irvington. This is a picturesque town that was the set for "The Last Seduction" in case you were interested. Anyway, go all the way down Main Street to the very end, where it deadends at the railroad. Turn right.
Go 100 feet until it stops, then turn left. Cross the Bridge. No choice but to turn left again.
Go 100 feet and you'll see parking, and to your right, the Hudson River. There, not 20 feet from the river, is a new 3 story office building. We're on the first floor. You should park in the municipal parking, not the private lot.
